Self Intrest

I a way every disicision you make is selfish. no matter what disicision you make its all about personal intrest. if you mamke a disicision that bennifits you thats helping your personal intrest. if you make a disicision that bennifits someone else your're helping your own interst because makeing them happy in turn makes you happy. if you make a disicision that bennifits no one (as stupid as it may be) you're happy in a way because you made a disicision. so in a way its impossible to not make a disicision about self intrest.

Optimisim

I realize that my mentality of optimisim isnt really helping me in my life. you cant just walk through life pretending every things fine. Im not saying be depressed or pessimistic but what I am saying is this support realisim, every once in a while think to yourself whats happening in my life and how do i feel about it?.
I dont understand why people who have trouble must be optimistic. those who get up set with trouble in their life get penilised for getting upset. not all people are the same, some people can go through life with a smile on their face even in the face of adversity, while not everyone can do this. if you can good, if you cant dont penilise others. everyone has a method for dealing with trouble.
